ENVR 407/507: Terrestrial Ecology
Spring Quarter, 2015
Term Papers/Projects: Graduate students have the option of completing either
a term paper or a project of some sort.
Term Paper: Review of 8-10 papers on some aspect of forest
ecology.
Project: I am open to suggestions. Projects might include data collection and
analysis (possibly as a group project).

Schedule: In an effort to force you to NOT put this thing
off until the last minute, I will be imposing a rather ridged schedule. 5%
penalty per day for missing any of these deadlines.

Week 4: No later than 4/27 |
Topic Approval. You must make arrangement to meet with me to discuss your topic. At this meeting, I expect you to have completed some preliminary library work and reading. |

Week 7: due 5/18, 5:00 pm |
Detailed outline with list of references |

Week 9: due 6/1, 5:00 pm |
Turn in final product (term paper or project) |
